Kmart no compensation, many complaints pertaining to same issue Elmwood Park New Jersey
I am using my daughters computer to do this. Two years ago I purchased a patio furniture set with 6 chairs one round glass table and umbrella, these were made by Martha Stewart. A couple of months ago without cause the glass table exploded without cause. Upon searching the internet I noticed many other people complaining about the same issue. I called kmart to ask how I can get the glass that shattered into a million slivers how I could get a glass replacement. I was told then that the company that made my set went bankrupt. I had to resort to getting glass made for the table by a private company total cost to me $300.00. Why is it out government isn't doing anything about this happening. Some children will be injured by these round glass table exploding without cause.
No one touched these tables, I have no small children and no incidents of vandalism either. They explode without just cause period. I want to be compensated for the glass that I replaced to the tune of $300.00.
