Complaint Review: Knock Four Six Cycles - Ponte Vedra, FL 32081 Florida

 Hello my name is norms russo , we have the silver / gray bugs 2011 road glide on marks face book . Which he put on his fb in aug. Of 2012 and we did not get till may 2013 .  I would like to tell everyone that  mark @ knock 4 6 is now extorting us . He told my husband if we do not take this reviews off the bb , he will not give us the necessary paper work to take this bike out of a savage title , making this a 40k plus bike useless to us and he also said that if we don't come to an agreement the parts which we sent him and the parts we paid for will not be shipped to us till the review is off ? We were suppose to have this bike last year in june 2012 . My husband paid for shipping but never got the bike so after excuses after excuses  in may 2013 he went down there to pick it up ended up staying there for 2 weeks while mark made  repair after repair on a bike that should have been done a 11 months ago???. Discussed and unable to stay there for ever he took the bike home and been working and has had mechanics working on this bike ever since we've got it . So far we have repaired oil leaks , changed out rear rocker gaskets repaired  , drain plug o ring , stripped hand controls , repair leaking frt and rear master cyc. , tighten several loose things like foot controls , floor boards,   fixed several elc. Problems ect... My husband been relay nice and patient and has been doing these many of these repairs @ no charge to mark  ,also   several parts missing and not working . Until all the issues are resolved  ,repairs done   and parts are returned and deliver this will remain on the bb mark . 

Missing parts paid for & waiting for

1 luggage rack / blk powder coat  paid

2 h d chrome bridge covers / 1 of the ones you put on fell off mark

3 cycle vision head light cover  sent to last yr

4  head wings turn signals / spot lights  paid for $460 refund or send

5 sissy bar  include in deal

6 saddle bag lid  lights we sent you, return

7 the arrow mirrors by wicked image paid for  refund or send 

8 $2 for  stripped screws for hand control we bought no charge for repairs

9 $3 missing screws in faring we bought  , no charge for repairs

10  refund for arlen ness  tree $828

11 we payed  over $1600 to eastern performance &  sent you all new kicker lids, amps 6x9 speakers faring speakers  ect... This is not what we payed for ??? We want the 2 kicker amps 871-1  we payed for $761.26 & sent you & will return your blown $150 rockford amp & jbl, replace burnt out crossover  kicker ,  these used, chipped & blown speaker & lids, he used car factory speakers instead of my kicker speakers i sent him refund or exchange or discount   

12 replace this used scratched chrome flaking off rampage del rey wheel which we payed $1285 for  or refund or big discount

13 dakota gage  air ride gage to replace useless oil pressure gage that dose not work , & replace scratched fuel gage  refund $865 , or  discount for damaged 

14 saddle bag pod lights we sent you return

15 a discount for paint job $2400 that has over 20 scratches , chips runs , & air brushing double vision & not completed as picture sent

16 discount on defective rear fender and bags payed  $1285 & $785 exhaust holes are different sizes , 1 much bigger then other ,

17 return balistie horn we sent you

18 discount on chipped up and scratched up bld open drive payed  $2000 , looks used and beat up

19 refund or send extra set payed $950 for seats to be re-upholstered

20 discount on scuffed carl brouhard hand grips payed $100

21 discount or pay for jim horn fan that's not working $383

22 discount or exchange chipped up reinhardt's slip on mufflers tips payed $478 look used

23 discount , refund on auto roto plate for rear fender payed $590 some led lights out and wired wrong , light do not shut off

24  need tour pack lock assembly , lock dose not work

repairs ? With less then 300 miles we put  on bike (1100 mark put on ) the way things are going i'm sure will find more issues ? But we can not tell, until we drive it and with out plates we are limited to short test drives then back to the garage.   Frt end still hits hard , when hitting a bump or going over tracks , we are going to have to have some 1 look @ this too ? As mark sends the parts" my husband will exchange parts and do what repairs  he can , free of charge  .  Due to the # of people who are waiting on bikes and the number of complaints and legal advice from our attorney and since he did not have the money to ship our bike  ,we do not feel comfortable nor do we trust mark @ knock 4 6 with our bike . We feel lucky just to have a bike based on other customers who contacted us . My husband felt bad while he was there he heard another customers complaining about not receiving his bike so he  even took another customer's bike home for  him( floyd) that mark had there for a year. Mark had over  40k in cash and parts of ours for over a year and we apologize for not putting this info on the bb and internet sooner . We just went to a H D dealer & bought a new bike because this bike is junk! payed 40 for a parts bike and trust me many of the parts are junk ! I have all the bank statements , emails , texts msg and phone records . I have the local aauthorities working on this case now .
