I lived in A.J. when I was stationed at Williams AFB. Of course that was back when there was like 2 paved roads and 3 traffic lights and an acre and a quarter of land went for <$30k! Can you guess what years they were?

I sued this guy years ago (as well as some other people that I know) he settled with everybody but obviously it is just the cost of doing business for him. When his attorney called me about 3 years ago she went like: "My client is in big trouble and he feels really sorry, is there a way that we can settle this?" I am really surprised that he is still doing it. Go ahead, sue him !
