Shipping damage is VERY normal, especially when your part is fragile and it travels many states to arrive. What do you want the company to do? They pack the parts as best as possible, ship it out, and the shipping carrier does the rest. There is not a single thing else they can do to ensure it arrives safe, except for package it well and hope for the best....file a claim with the shipping carrier, they broke it, not the shop. You need to start blaming the right company and not go off talking about what you know nothing about. If you gave your cell phone to a friend to deliver it to another friend, and he dropped the phone in transit and broke it, who would get blamed? The delivery person or the sender? It's just logics, get a life!
