Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The whole company is a scam! These people are trained to be very vague and manipulative!!!! If go on their website KSL concepts.com, they give praise to the president Ken Lear about how accomplished he is. However there is no description about what they do and who they work for. (SELLING DOOR to DOOR >>> AT&T PHONE SERVICE) Ken prides himself how he drives a Lexus. Ken Lear lets his "workers" live in his one bedroom condo. ( Is that agood work ethics Ken???)

In his office where the main colors are red and black, men with suits portray the elite business aspect of the company. They tell you to wear comforable shoes and to be prepared to be busy for at least 7-8 hours for a second interview. They drive to a "territory" and the trainer change shirts, to an AT &T polo to begin to door to door bull***t!! As move door to door, they show you how to do whatever, say whatever to get people to comply with the service. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!! Ken runs his office almost like the military where he thinks its funny that he doesn't allow his employees to sit down when there is loads of chairs in the room. If you say/do the wrong thing he makes you do push ups!!

I went to a business trip to get promoted to the other office in Knoxville, TN. Where Cedric is the boss and he brags about he graduated from Emory w/ a PHD is psychology. BOOOOOOOOOO!! They told us that they would get us hotel to stay the week. WE STAYED IN HIS SMALL 2- bedroom apartment where people were sleeping on the floor!!! Cedric talks about how he wants to open a spiritual retreat in the desert. Get a soul first!!!

You show up at the office at 9, the brainwashing starts at 10! You run around the room and playing games and banging a GONG, when you hit plan or win. You leave to hit the territory by 11 grab something to eat and your out in 100 degree weather in the MIDDLE OF NOWHERE going door to door. I raised a woman's phone bill who had terminal cancer by $20. My trainer gave a man who had one arm DSL when he didnt even have a computer!!!!

Bottomline: You waste all of your gas driving to these places and you dont get compensated. The job is all COMMISSION so you can spend your whole day in the BLAZING SUN, waste your gas, and not make ANYTHING for the day!! There is NO HOURLY PAY!!! They know its wrong and borderline ILLEGAL but they really dont care.... its business!

Wow I wish I'd seen this site before my girlfriend accepted a position with these losers. She'd been trying so hard to find a good job and this seemed like manna from heaven. Great pay? Insurance? Incredible potential for advancement? Shucks, maybe I oughta quit my job and go work there too! SIGN ME UP! BWAHAHAHA oh it's all such a load of horsepoop and it would be funny if these guys weren't really in business to build wealth on the backs of their young, naive, and enthusiastic employees. I went on Monday to pick her up from her all-day in-the-field "interview". She hadn't returned yet so I waited a while in the reception area of their crappy little office. Everyone was nice enough, but right off the bat I could tell something was amiss. Maybe it was the fact that they seemed to be in the business of interviewing, as I saw almost as many interviewees as I did actual employees. Maybe it was the loud music blaring from the back room. Maybe it was the fact that the few employees I saw were all dressed like they just walked off the set of "q***r Eye for the Straight Used-Car Salesd****e". One guy said he was a former pro golfer. Suuuure.... Then my lady returned, smiling but obviously tired and stressed. She had another of these preening d****ebags with her, all fake smiles and an awkward nohawk hairdo. She seemed almost afraid to talk to me! They had her fill out paperwork, then took her into the back area where she was hired on the spot. They made it out like they NEVER do that, but that she was so good that they just HAD to do so. She was SO HAPPY. Nohawk walked outside with us, and the more I listened to this guy talk the more I wanted to punch him in his fat stupid face. He was like the kid we all knew in grade school who made up BS story after BS story so people would like him. From the way my gal talked he'd apparently been spinning these tales all day. It was after 9 when we finally left. We drove home, with her excitedly telling me about all the hard work she'd have to do but how she could be running her own company within a year. How she'd get trained and then move up a level and have other people under her to train. How BS Nohawk had been there 6 months and was already making lotsa money and on and on... I was skeptical to say the least, but I bit my tongue because I wanted SO BADLY for this to be a good thing for her. Tuesday night she came home exhausted but still full of excitement. Apparently they'd gotten 4 "apps" that day, but she didn't make any money from any of them because she didn't make the sale completely without assistance. That irritated the hell out of me but she seemed to think it was normal and ok, that she had to do it by herself before she could get paid for any of the work she was doing. They'd obviously shoved a battery WAY up her arse because she was going on and on about the "4s 5s and 8s" and the "4 impulse factors" and how she needed to nail her pitch and how the "high-rollers" get to make all kinds of noise in the "Atmosphere Room" at the end of the day. I was less than impressed, but still I bit my tongue. Wednesday I did a little research and found ripoffreport.com. When I went to pick her up that evening I waited in the parking lot for her to come out. I looked around at the cars around me - not a single luxury make to be seen. Odd, considering that the big guys there supposedly make SO MUCH money. One of their high-rollers, a blonde who looked like an even douchier wad than BS Nohawk pulled in with one of the interviewees I saw on Monday. This high-roller was driving a SWEET early-90's Thunderbird with missing wheel caps. NICE. I was friendly, asking if it was a good day. "Always man" he said in a voice that told me it was anything but. About this time another fella came from the offices, wearing civvies, looking at a piece of paper with confusion etched on his face. He walked up to T-Bird d****e and asked what something on his paycheck meant. This elicited an uncomfortable look from T-Bird. After a few seconds of silence he told the confused guy he'd talk to him later. Confused guy walked the rest of the way back to his car looking just as confused as before, shaking his head and muttering to himself. Interesting! Finally, just before 9pm, my lady came out with BS Nohawk. He paid my car an underhanded compliment and made up some BS about some muscle-bound buddy of his who has 5 cars and all kinds of money who bought a car like mine (a Miata) as one of his little "putt-putts". He then proceeded to brag about his "Dodge R/T" which was in the s-h-o-p (yes he just spelled it out and I'm still not sure why) at the time and said we'd have to race when it got out. "Oh" I said "so is it a Charger or a Magnum?". "Oh no" says BS, "it's a Stratus R/T, but I've gotten so much done to the 'engine internals' that it's...." and I stopped listening about there. I wanted to ask if it was turbocharged, supercharged, if he'd had the engine ported/polished, etc, but I already knew enough. This guy was exactly what he looked and sounded like - an unintelligent little p***k and scam artist who wouldn't know the truth if it bit him on the ***. My gal and I left, and on the way I told her what I'd found on this site. She did NOT want to hear it. I started asking questions. So what about fuel for whoever drives? No reimbursement? Y'all spent HOW long eating lunch today? 30 minutes? and that was 15 minutes too long? And on and on... We ended up in a wicked argument before it was all over. Thursday she went back again. Halfway through the day she got extremely pukey sick. She was out on the north side of town and the women she was with straight-up abandoned her at Taco Bell in Kennesaw. Ken Lear apparently told the driver for the day that it was her call on whether or not to bring her back to the office, but implied that she should not do so. So instead she spent the next 3+ hours stranded at Taco Bell, 40-some-odd miles from our home. I left my office (in Decatur) early to go pick her up. I found her there, disheveled and tired, but I think she had started to see the light. This is a cautionary tale. These people do not like you, they do not want you to succeed, and they do not care about your wellbeing or happiness. They want to use you to do the gruntwork for them, to make them money while jumping through every hoop imaginable to avoid paying you. Don't get suckered in by the slick pitch and the fabulous promises. It's a sham, a lie, and will most likely result in nothing but heartache, wasted time, wasted effort, and wasted money. Have realistic expectations and get a real job.
