I am William Mortensen Vaughan, the husband mentioned in this report. We went to a tribunal at the California Department of Labor, which eventually issued an order for Emil Hermozi, Ehrlich's boss, to pay my wife approximately $4,000, as a result of the abuse she endured from Kurt Ehrlich and his assistant Christina Veloz, on this occasion, at Roger Neal's Oscar Suite/Swag Party at L'Hermitage in Beverly Hills.
Unfortunately, Ehrlich's Hollywood Pasta Company in Burbank, California, has gone out of business, so I was not able to hire a police officers to tap his till, and, although we contracted a collection agency, have yet to receive any of the money awarded to my wife, Libertad Green.
Roger Neal and the employees at L'Hermitage refused to provide the sign-in sheet which proved that my wife showed up for work. They refused to aid us in anyway but to tell us to take up the matter with Kurt Ehrlich.
Although we were unable to produce any proof of my wife having reported for work, since the only other evidence she had was Kurt Ehrlich's verbal agreement, he later provided proof that she showed up for work by mistating online for the world to see, that he had released Libertad Green early because she was flirting with the guests at Roger Neal's swag party. He also called my wife, online, for the whole world to see, a "slot" [sic] and a "tramp."
Yet neither he nor Hermozi, nor anyone showed up to rebutt our accusations at the tribunal, let alone produce any evidence that Kurt Ehrlich paid her for any amount of time that Libertad Green was in his employ.
