Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Kyndal worked for our company for a period of time, and quit because she claimed to have terminal cancer and 4 months to live. We offered to try and help her in any way we could. She created an incredible web of lies about her treatments, her family not being able to help, and how much she wanted to live but could not afford the treatments that she needed. She scammed our company for over $12,000, and if not for a suspicious conversation with her, she may have received more. Doing a search for "Kyndal + Cancer" truned up a rip-off report on this site that made our jaw drop. We contacted her family and verified that she never had cancer and was living at home. She has yet to make restitution in any way...but she continues to make lots of promises. Beware of this person, she is a pathological liar who doesn't have a soul or conscience.

Update to Original Report: Kyndal continues to scam

#5Author of original report

Tue, September 15, 2015

Since filing my original report in April 2015, I have been contacted by 4 others who have been scammed by Kyndal using the "fake cancer" scam that she used on our company. Kyndal faked cancer and scammed our business out of $12,495.00 of money to help her with cancer treatments. She claimed to have only 4 months to live and that her family couold not help her and she desperately needed a bone marrow transplant but could not afford it. She claimed to have the required matches from a database of candidates, but needed help in clearing up some hospital bills before she would be allowed to transfer to another hospital to have the treatment done. She fianlly slipped up in December of 2014, and when I find out she did not have cancer, I contacted her family and brought the entire situation to light. Note: Her mother and father are very kind people, but they are continuing to protect her and defend her. They agreed to pay us back our money if we agreed to not prosecute Kyndal or call the authorities. That was in April, and that is when her family sent us our money back.

Since that time I have been contacted by 4 others who have been scammed by Kyndal using the same or similar stories (she had to change her story with one person becuase that person works in healthcare and might know she was lying from the start). I was contacted last Friday 9/11/15 (irony of it being 9/11). This woman had been sending Kyndal money since April 2015 (the time when I was paid back and agreed to not press charges). Someone found my story on this site and reached out to me to get in contact with them. While I have not asked for proof of the ripp off from others, in each instance, the story they told me is exactly what Kyndal did to us.

I have made a report to the authorities, however, they wil not take action unless more people come forth. I need for anyone scammed by Kyndal to reach out to Brad at Paradise Valley Spas, Burlingame, CA. If you search the company, you'll find the telephone number and can get in touch with me or my assistant Kathleen (who will get me the message and put us in contact with one another). We need to stop Kyndal from continuing to hurt others.

Her stories are believable, she is an excellent actress who plays the role of suffering desperate female, however, there is nothing wrong with her except for her sick and twisted ways of stealing from kind hearted people. She will claim that these stories are all made up and lies. For your sake and the sake of others, please do not fall for her lies and deceit. She is cunning and dangerous.

We are the company in California who has been scammed by Kyndal, and would like to speak to you as well. You'll have to look up our telephone number, as RippOff reports doesn't advocate placing tel and names in the reports.

We are super easy to find: Paradise Valley Spas in Burlingame, CA. We have 8 locations, so be sure to find the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs location in Burlingame on Rollins Road to reach the owner. His name is Brad and he'd like to hear from anyone who has knowledge of this scam.

I am one of the people Kyndal scammed in GA before she came to CA.  She faked cancer and scammed me out of $5,800 (as well as stealing my trust in humankind).  I am so sorry this happened to you.  I tried to find her to press charges but she cut off all contact with everyone in GA and hid out in CA, and, as you know, is a very skilled criminal. Please let me know how to get in touch with you so we can work together to press charges against the criminal Kyndal Fletcher.
