Seattle,#2UPDATE Employee

I've been working at Lane Bryant just outside of Seattle for going onto my fifth month now and the fact is that not all the employees are so poorly trained. It IS however true that we are not permitted to allow two or more people into the same room unless it is a small child. Under such circumstances, though, either we would have asked if we could personally assist you or asked a manager for permission to allow a second person. Honestly, I've never heard of such poor customer service from one of our sales associates and I agree with the previous response to try back in a few months, usually such people are not hired or they aren't hired for long. I hope that in the future you will have friendlier service, but I simply wanted to say that not all of the Lane Bryant employees are so horrible. =)

There is nothing worse than going to a store that you like and being treated rudely. It happens to all of us from time to time, regardless of how loyal we are. If you have time, it might help to write a simple letter sent by actual mail to the corporate office explaining what happened. Turnover at clothing stores like that is very common, so chances are Jewel won't last long. I would give it a few months and make another visit. If you see her, simply leave. Best of luck.
