I'll start off with my first bad Customer Service experience with Jewel of Lane Bryant. I had previously injured my wrist and was unable to fasten my bra without help from usually my sister mind you I had been shopping at Lane Bryant for manyyyy mannyy years previous to this and my sister or daughter had always helped me with this. Well I went into the store this day and saw a couple bras and went to go in the fitting room when i was told "NO ONLY ONE PERSON PER ROOM" very rude by "Jewel" I explained my delimna to her and she still refused to let my sister help me so i placed the bras back on the rack and left

well a couple weeks later I came back because I saw several signs through the window that said all clearance an additional 50% off so I decided I would try it again. "Jewel" was there again and I picked up a clearance item and asked if this was included in the sale and I was told "the sale was over yesterday" at this time obviously irritated I asked why the signs were still up and advised that this is false advertisement and was told hatefully "They are still up cuz they are still up sales over" I politely put my stuff down left and called corporate

my call was never returned so I emailed corporate to which I recieved a quick response and felt somewhat better little did I know all this was was lip service and I was told I needed to find out her name which was strange to me I shouldnt have had to do legwork i wasnt in the wrong. But I found out "Jewel's" name and emailed back to which I was promised a call from a regional manager which never came and still hasnt months later. My issue was never resolved and I WILL NOT GO BACK OR SPEAK KINDLY OF LANE BRYANT UNTIL IT IS

I've been working at Lane Bryant just outside of Seattle for going onto my fifth month now and the fact is that not all the employees are so poorly trained. It IS however true that we are not permitted to allow two or more people into the same room unless it is a small child. Under such circumstances, though, either we would have asked if we could personally assist you or asked a manager for permission to allow a second person. Honestly, I've never heard of such poor customer service from one of our sales associates and I agree with the previous response to try back in a few months, usually such people are not hired or they aren't hired for long. I hope that in the future you will have friendlier service, but I simply wanted to say that not all of the Lane Bryant employees are so horrible. =)

There is nothing worse than going to a store that you like and being treated rudely. It happens to all of us from time to time, regardless of how loyal we are. If you have time, it might help to write a simple letter sent by actual mail to the corporate office explaining what happened. Turnover at clothing stores like that is very common, so chances are Jewel won't last long. I would give it a few months and make another visit. If you see her, simply leave. Best of luck.
