Walter (The Owner of La Paz) has done a very good job trying to address the issues related to this initial posting. From my main list I think there is only one item that has not been addressed and he assures me this will be taken care of. I can't say that I am completely satisfied with all of the repairs that have been made but I'm being told that I have a higher set of expectations when it comes to quality of work and the industry standard. The only thing I can continue to complain about is the fact that the contractors need to come out several times to attempt a single repair when it could possibly be resolved if someone from La Paz was there at the time of correction. I will post one final update upon completion of this project and possibly include a photo or two. The photo's I choose to post will be based off of the satisfaction I receive from this final product. Could be good and could be bad I leave that in the hands of La Paz. When you pay so much for something you should expect quality right?

The pool finally started up May 8th. I created a punch list of things to be addressed and I can't believe I forgot a couple things... I won't post them here but I will update you on the final product / process once I'm done with all of this.

I would like to comment on the "slam" of La Paz Pools. I have had a pool built by the same company and have nothing but POSITIVE things to say for that company. You have to realize that building a pool is a "construction project" and if you've ever had a home or some such similar project, you know that there can be delays and problems. You have to be patient and calm and talk to the contractor. Most problems I've found are caused by a lack of communication and patience. We had a new home built by Pulte; there were many problems, even at our one year anniversary. They took care of each and every one of them. But we had to be realistic and have patience...Rome wasn't built in a day. I have every confidence in Walter Frklich, who is the owner of La Paz Pools; he has been in business for over 20 years in Mesa and has a trememdous referral business. Instead of slamming his company, be kind, have some patience, expect some "bumps" along the road. You are fortunate to be able to afford the luxury of a swimming pool, a luxury many in this world cannot afford. Keep a positive attitude. I have no doubt the company will take care of all of your problems. Slamming a company will get you no where. I wish you well and sincerly hope you change your attitude, be happy, be patient, be kind, lessons we all learn as children. :)
