I ordered a laptop, it was sent promptly, that's where the good part ends.
The laptop sent to me had 42 active viruses in it, every 30 to 90 seconds I will receive a popup on the screen stating this. All this before I even hooked it up to the internet, just playing solitaire.
The customer service rep/Vlad is very rude and unconcerned about any complaints.
He requested that I write a letter accepting the companies 25% restocking fee and informed me that W/O the letter I would receive no refund! Isn't that illegal.
He does turn the background music really loud and seems to be very disinterested in the customers problems.
I'm gonna try contacting the Az. attorney gen. and see if I can file a fraud report with them.
Hope You make a better decision with your comp. purchase than I did. My daughter is very dissapointed.
