I recently ordered a battery for my Dell laptop from Laptop Battery Depot. As sometimes happens with lithium ion batteries no matter who the manufacturer is, the first battery would not take a full charge. I contacted Laptop Battery Depot and was given instructions for returning the defective battery. The replacement battery took a full 100% charge on the first charging and is functioning just fine. The replacement battery from Laptop Battery Depot was approximately half the cost of ordering a replacement battery from Dell and came with a 45 day money back guarantee and a 2-YEAR warranty. (By contrast, Dell only offers a limited one-year warranty on their replacement batteries... understandable since the battery that came with my Dell lasted just slightly over a year, about a month after its warranty had expired.) All in all, I am VERY satisfied with Laptop Battery Depot's customer service. Joe (see previous rebuttal) was especially helpful and I am very grateful for his kind assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend Laptop Battery Depot to anyone looking for a quality replacement battery at an affordable price.

I am Joe with laptopbatterydepot.com. Our computer system made a mistake when sending off the email about the shipping. That is why he received multiple emails. We fixed that part of the system. Our backorder system has been completely revamped. We apologized to Donald and gave him a full refund. The refund was done immediately. Companies do make mistakes. As soon as Donald got a hold of us we took care of the problem immediately. We are a trustworthy company and stand behind our product and our word. It is not if a company will make a mistake, but how they handle their mistakes. Donald is incorrect in stating that we will not refund his Credit Card. The refund went through immediately.
