Well I got a response from a [email protected]. They asked what happened and when did it happen questions. I sent pictures and the detailed problem to the company I bought it from and I guess they didn't bother to forward the info to vabservice.
Another day goes by and I resend the pictures and detailed report of the problem to vabservice. They e-mail back and want me to send the product to China for a replacement. I checked the prices to send the item back and the price is more than the product worth. No joke.
I will not be sending the product back and will not purchase from this company again, I thought they were out of MA. US. like the site says.
