On Sunday March 25th of this year I ordered a power supply for my laptop. It took a while for it to be delivered. Once received, it looked like an after market product. I plugged it in and it worked fine.
Last night, July 12, I noticed that when I got home from work that my laptop power supply no longer was working. I played with the pulg at the base of the power supply and found out that it had heated up and the plastic broke at the plug.
This could have resulted in a fire that could have taken out everything. I took pictures of the power supply and sent them to the company with an e-mail asking them to contact me so we could resolve this.
They have not responded to my request so I am out $80.00 for a fire hazard or sub standard product. Do not buy anything from this website as you can get scammed. Read other people's reviews of this website.

Well I got a response from a [email protected]. They asked what happened and when did it happen questions. I sent pictures and the detailed problem to the company I bought it from and I guess they didn't bother to forward the info to vabservice.
Another day goes by and I resend the pictures and detailed report of the problem to vabservice. They e-mail back and want me to send the product to China for a replacement. I checked the prices to send the item back and the price is more than the product worth. No joke.
I will not be sending the product back and will not purchase from this company again, I thought they were out of MA. US. like the site says.
