Laptopz -Outlet Sold Us A Dead/Used Battery Via Ebay! Dayton NJ

Reporting Laptopz-Outlet.........(We Just Got Ripped-Off For $14.99 on ebay/laptopz-outlet) Recently we purchased a Gateway Laptop Battery from Ebay on Sept 1, 2017 for the price of $14.99 and their buyer company is Laptopz-Outlet... We receive the merchandise in a timely matter which the scheduled delivery date was set for 9/7/2017, but however when we finally receive this item and tried to insert the battery inside of the compartment, we immediately noticed that this battery was completely dead and had been used, we also notice a crackline on the unit (We Have Photos to show this crackline on this battery) so, anyhow we knew first hand that this item that was sold to us in used condition and completely DEAD!!!!!..... Too make a long story short, we have been trying to request a full refund for this item since Sept 7th and its now Sept 15th and we still is have issues with this company and ebay with receiving a refund for this defective item sold to us for $14.99 on ebay.... We have been in correspondence with this company thru ebay but was later notified that they had cancelled the refund transaction due to a paypal issue... If we had of known this is company/seller was an complete total ripoff/theives on ebay, we wouldnt have dealt with this seller on ebay, and judging by many complaints and reviews on other websites it is apparent that this company needs to be fully investigated for Fraud!!!..... We Would appreciate some feedback/assistance with this issue with LapTopz-Outlet... We Hope to hear from some one soon inregards of this matter.
