I have exactly the same experience as Teresa from Gladstone USA where this TVBOXSET.COM is doing exactly the same steps. When I come to access the tracking number for my order through Canada Post, no such tracking is available.
I have already cancelled my credit card and subsequently filed my case with the dispute centre of the credit card company.
