Do not under any circumstances purchase a motor vehicle from Larry Miller Dodge, 8665 W. Bell  Road, Peoria Arizona.  They used deceptive price manipulation techniques to bilk a uninformed senior citizen.  This firm advertised a 2011 Nissan  Versa with 18519 miles on Autotrader.com (Item AT ID AT-12EF7785) for the asking price of $12988.00.  This item was sold to elderly 65 year old elderly lady with no knowledge of the shady tactics used to maximize profits at the expense of the novice buyer.  This vehicle that was advertised for $12988.00 was then sold to this unsuspecting senior lady for the price of $13857.00 by changing the sale contract price to $16257.06 ( The  price of a brand new 2012 Nissan Versa off the showroom floor with ZERO miles)  and then allowing $2700.00 for a Chrysler 2000 LHS with 167,000 miles which according to Kelly Blue Book has a actual trade-in value of $1647.00 to $1847.00 depending on condition.  As a result of this price manipulation they were able to scam an extra $2515.00 of profit from this poor lady who was too scared to talk to the staff because of their high pressure tactics.  When informed of this situation, she was fearful to pursue the matter.

To compound the situation, it was learned from another Peoria dealer that the CARFAX revealed that the vehicle had been in a accident that required the vehicle to be towed from the scene of the accident. At no point were they honest enough to reveal this fact.   A further comment from the local dealer was that they thought the profit was excessive for the transaction. IE,  RIPOFF!! Was their comment.  Wow!!!

We, after learning of these facts went to Larry Miller to have the transaction cancelled and even offered to reimburse the sales person commission that would have been lost because of the cancelled sale.  They would have no part of  this proposal and essentially said YOU BOUGHT THE CAR, LIVE WITH IT!!  There never any attempt at providing customer satisfaction or any type of goodwill.  At one time, out of frustration, I used profanity.  Their response, WE ARE CALLING LAW ENFORCEMENT BECAUSE YOU USED A SWEARWORD YOU HAVE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOWROOM FLOOR.

About a month later the loan on this vehicle was paid in its entirety to the finance company found on the Larry Miller contract paperwork.  Guess what!!!!! They applied this payment to another customers account in error and on top of that said we late making the monthly payment.  Furthermore, we, after four months of paying off the vehicle, have never received the vehicle title  after repeated calls.

Three months later we are still having issues with the two front fenders separating from the front bumper where they are butted together because the retainer pieces were never replaced after the accident.  Whether Larry Miller Body Shop of Peoria repaired the car. I do not know.

I cannot in clear conscience ever recommend this dealership based the on the above experiences.  Their staff, once you deviated from their agenda became  hostile and rude. At no time would the staff let us go to a higher level of management. It seemed if the General Manager was always in a meeting and never could be contacted.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
