If anyone else has the LVAAP trying to scam them then just send them back the addressed envelope that they provided and fill it with sand or rocks so that it is expensive. They are paying for the return shipping, so make them pay a lot for whipping. If everyone sends them back an envelope full of sand then they will go broke.
