Nevada State Heating & Cooling ripoff lousy customer service dishonest promises customer ignorance Las Vegas Nevada
After days of phone calls and promises that they will show up to fix the air conditioner, finally one of their serviceman shows up. Looks at the house and tells me that he was not told that is a two story; he was not breaking his neck for no lousy job! So I called them and told the manager what his employee had said. Instead of aplogizing, he told me that these two story jobs are really lousy and he wish they could just refuse service.
So I asked him how come when they collected $200 for annual maint., I was not informed that they don't do 2 stories. He said, that was not within his area of responsibility. So I asked to talk to the owner - "The owner only speaks to businesses not common folf, sir" - that's what I he told me. After waiting two more weeks, I finally called some other outfit. This company still refuses to give my maint. money back. Forget trying to get help from BBB, they are only interested in hushing the matter in favor of their member company.
