Lawnmasters Jason wynne, shreveport, southern trace, Horrible, theft, lies, stolen money, service is awful, rude, disrespectful Shreveport louisiana
Jason when personally ripped me and my family off. The service they provided was horrible. It was a nightmare to deal with them. I repeatedly asked them to tell me what day they would be coming to mow our lawn. I needed to know what day because I have animals who are in my backyard. Jason told me that they would be there on a Thursday. They never showed on Thursday. I sent him a text and ask him when they would be coming. I got no response from Jason. They ended up showing up on Friday and they let one of my dogs out. The dog ran in the road and got killed when a car hit him. That is what I'm assuming, unless Jason wynnes employees ran over my dog. me and my children came home only to see our beloved pet smeared and bloody all over the road. My children and I were traumatized. It was devastating to my children. As well as me. Being I was the one who had to go out to the road and shovel my beloved dog out of the road and bury him. Lawnmasters knew they let my dog out, yet no one called me or texted me to let me know. Of they would have, one of my neighbors would of put the dog up.
Not only did Jason wynne kill my dog basically. The installation of the lights are a nightmare. Half of the lights do not work, I have let him know this and he refuses to come out and fix them. They are so unreliable. I'm basically out $18,000. I live in southern trace a very respectable neighborhood and the service I received from Lawnmasters was a nightmare it's been the worst experience I've ever had. Unfortunately I hard Lawnmasters before I heard all the personal problems that Jason wynne was having.
It is obvious that he has let his personal life interfere in his work life. Because he is not following through with what he says. But he is very fast to take your money but not so fast to do the work. he is homophobic as well. And he obviously has a problem with gays and lesbians. I am not gay or l*****n but I support the gay community. jason wynne made some remarks about homosexuals I felt was innapropriate as well. he should not take peoples money and basically steal from them because of his own personal drama
