Le Cordon Bleu Career Education Corporation I feel guilty for having worked there. Miramar, Florida
I worked at Le Cordon Bleu for three years and I feel guilty for having enrolled so many students for them. Now I realize that it was a rip off. The students just ended with unnecessary debt and not able to earn more than 10.00 dollars an hour. I worked at the Austin and Miami locations.
My experience in Austin was not as bad, but my experience in Miami was terrible, the admissions director Daniela Cortes is an angry l*****n who was abusive and she was great at intimidating employees. She would sneak around listening to the reps without them knowing. The Chef executive Miles Mitchel is an arrogant insecure homosexual with personalty issues. When I finally used the anonymous hot line to complaint about the president and them two, they altered my numbers, manipulated my performance and fired me.
I don't wish bad to anybody, but I am so glad they went out of business, they deserved it. I am sure this is only the beginning of their punishment. There is a God!
