Lead Research Group Bad leads and do not refund as said huntington beach, California
worst quality leads I have purchased in 7 years. They lied to get my business and then tried to roll me over in another product. I have heard since that they purchase leads from real lead companies. There are too many lead companies to risk with this company. They told me I will be charged for random names and numbers. Do not use or kiss money good bye

We take complaints very seriously. We strive to provide the highest quality leads, and outstanding customer service. We apologize if you felt the leads were not up to par. Any issues you have of this nature should be reported to customer care. In the rare instance that dissatisfaction arises, we do everything we reasonably can to help remedy the situation.
The complaint itself is vague, so I cannot speak as to why you might have had an issue. Our ratings on other venues, and thousands of satisfied customers speak to the quality of our leads and service. We’re sorry that your experience was not of the norm. Feel free to contact customer care.
As to the claim that we purchase leads from other companies, this seems speculative at best. We use an array of data compilation sources to compile our leads. Perhaps this was a misunderstanding, as several other lead companies actually purchase their leads from us.
