Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am unfortunately a member of LeadNetPro, in fact I am direct to Dan Miller the owner of the company. I am not active and if you read further you will learn why.

Here is the plain and simple truth:

Almost everyone involved with LeadNetPro does not really know or care about how the software actually works...they only care about selling it and they will lie, exaggerate and mislead in order to accomplish that. Don Gillette is one of the worst offenders. He has absolutely no honor and has made numerous false claims. Then he has the audacity to call himself a "Top Producer." In reality he is a piece of s**t. Do not do business with him.

Fact: When you use the emailer....you are almost always guilty of SPAM. Do not listen to their crap about "reverse email marketing"....it is still SPAM.  In fact....Just Host stopped doing business with LeadNetPro...because they were not SPAM compliant. I believe LeadNetPro purchased their own servers so they can continue to send emails and SPAM at will.

Fact: The Phone Broadcaster....can only legally be used to call business. Not home numbers....not cell phones. That makes it very limited.

Fact: The scraper tools do not extract golden leads.....far from it......they extract raw lead data. There is a huge difference. Do not believe their lies.  If you type in the term "foreclosure" for example...you will not generate pure foreclosure assistance leads. You will extract lawyers, Law Firms, Loan Agents, Loan Brokers, Loan Modification Specialists, Bloggers. Realtors...etc. as well as a couple of people who may need foreclosure assistance. If you send them an email...you are SPAMMING. If you use the phone broadcaster and  contact them at home... or on their cell...you are braking the law.

I believe that if a sale can not be made honestly...it should not be made at all. If everyone believed that...there would probably be no such thing as LeadNetPro.

Rich,

Since you want to clear the air about Leadnetpro, perhaps you can address the following:

1) Explain the multitude of deceitful Craigs List adds that are constantly being posted by Leadnetpro members. You know...it pretends to offer a legitimate employment opportunity, when in reality it is a sales pitch. The job seeker answers the add under false pretences. They believe they are exploring a legitimate sales position and then after the presentation they discover it costs money to join. (Most of that money is a commission for the Leadnetpro member). Please don't spew BS and say that Leadnetpro is not responsible for it's individual members...this type of deceitful marketing is common place with Leadnetpro, and is a bad reflection on the company.

2) Explain the lies and or misrepresentations that are constantly being stated by Leadnetpro members. For example, many Leadnetpro people claim that the leads generated by the extractors are"golden" when in fact it is nothing more then raw lead data. (The vast majority of which is worthless). AGAIN: Please don't spew BS and say that Leadnetpro is not responsible for it's individual members...this type of deceitful marketing is common place with Leadnetpro, and is a bad reflection on the company.

3) Explain why Josthost prohibited their LeadnetPro customers from using the LeadnetPro emailer? Could it be that the Leadnetpro emailer is not spam compliant? You know that is true. Explain reverse email marketing. You know...that is the deceitful practice where you pretend to be interested in some one's business just long enough to capture their interest...then you introduce then to Leadnetpro. By the way...reverse email marketing is a sure fire way to piss people off.

4) Explain the fact that when extracting phone numbers from Google or Yahoo it is very difficult if not impossible to determine if that phone number belongs to a business, a residence, or a cell. If you use the phone broadcaster to call a cell or a residence, you are in violation of the law.

5) Explain how, in light of the facts I presented, you can claim that Leadnetpro is of the highest level of integrity.

LeadNetPro is exactly what it states and is a valuable promotional and marketing service.
I can't help anyone who overacts or utilizes this wonderful technology incorrectly, but clearly leadnetpro is of the highest level of integrity.

Clearly both the FTC and FCC fully exempts b2b from the DNC list along with business opportunies AND franchises and franchisees.. marketing and promotion to ANYONE who is conducting business is fully exempt from DNC, I believe it's the TRS.. that's fully exempt, DNC doesn't apply.

If they are advertising commercial services neither DNC nor TRS applies, that's both perfectly legal regarding the FTC and FCC with the exception of non durables.

LeadNetPro delievers exactly what it states, a valuable b2b marketing and promotional tool.

The DNC only applies to residential substance.  As soon as a establish business relationship is established in whatever form of writing, it's established, no matter how temporary or permanent.. push 1 to continue that relationship or push 9 to be removed, it's as simple as that.

What is important is to make sure to target only the b2b market and yes LeadNetPro is outstanding for any type of business, whether traditional or otherwise.

I am completely independent of any sort of influence, some people will appreciate of the value of LeadNetPro while others lack understanding that neither the  DNC and TRS applies to a established business relationship.. b2b is almost fully exempt and it's perfectly legal to contact 2b2 with the exceptions of certain non durables.

As soon as someone voluntarily establishes the business relationship DNC and TRS no longer applies  :)

and b2b is perfectly legal.  Those who are not fimilar with this, look it up and this is exactly what it states.
