Leads Financial & Payment I called the phone number listed on the upper right hand corner of the letter to find out what this was all about. The person on the other end was a male and purposely announced his name in a garbled sense so that I could not catch it. He gave me instructions for processing; and I asked him if this was legitamit. He says yes RIPOFF Laval Canada
