Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
If it were ethical, moral, and legal, I would pay big bucks to have this company bombed. But, since it's not, I'll just have to report them to everyone I can and also sue them for any penny I can take.

This company doesn't have an uncorrupted brain cell among all of its employees. Search the BBB for them and youll see over 185 complaints in a 3 yr period. God, how did I let them take me and my customers. Well, I didn't really know I was doing business with them. I was working through someone else (Stephan Munch-con artist and CMS-corrupted merchant screw overs). They sent my customer a non-working credit card machine and I have spent EVERY DAY for 2 months trying to get it sorted out. I have re-faxed the addendum they requested multiple times and calling is a waste of my time. I have never had someone be so rude to me. I have never had a company route my calls to voice message systems that seem to never be returned. I have left over 30 messages for TONY ROGERS the jerk of a manager. He has never attempted any type of communication.

Before I realized the magnitude of their dishonesty and illegal activities (fraud, forgery, misrepresentation, breach of contract, etc, etc, etc), I called to talk to TONY ROGERS. I was very patient while waiting on hold and was not even upset or anything. He called me a liar, said that I was not who I said I was, refused to give me a manager, and was completely rude and uncooperative. Finally, he said "what, you can't take a joke?" Haha. I am filing a class action lawsuit that will put them out of business, hopefully. That is no joke. Who's laughing now, jackass!

Hi, How is your class action suit. In addition, here's what I've been telling other people dealing with CIT: Hi, You may want to send a complaint to FTC (Federal Trade Commission) . I did and received a response saying they don't do individual cases. However, if they log enough complaints, they will start an investigation and possibly legal action. So here is the link: https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 to the FTC complaint form. I've told many people about it, so you may want to do the same. Make sure you give specific examples or even let them know you have documentation of deceptive or misleading information. Also, if possible, please scan & send copies of these documents to me at [DELETED]. I haven't given up, but it does take a while for the squeaky wheel to be heard. As far as CIT, here is their main site: http://www.cit.com/main/default.htm . Also, within this site, I found e-mails and have sent copies of my rip-off report, including a copy of all the complaints listed under Lease Finance Group in the Rip-Off site. Here are some e-mail addresses, you may want to send your concerns to: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], I did get the Rip-Off Report Do-It-Yourself Guide and it did have some good steps to follow. However, it was a little lacking in the cyberspace rip-offs. I've been paralleling the thoughts or ideas in this Guide to try to apply them to the internet. For example, instead of sending faxes, send e-mails. So every web site I am interested in, I look for e-mails and make up a group listing & start bombarding them with e-mails and include my rip-off report, plus any other rip-off concerns. I hope this helps. Thanks, G for California
