i forgot to get you all my email. i am still geting no callbacks and the runaround as i stated above. it is a couple of days before xmas and i wish this to be a great gift. but i know now the holidays they will make up the things they said for these years saying holidays sorry we are not able to do anything ect. or not available. i have bugged and still calling them both and the receptionist and some other person keeps telling me not my problem. and i complain and say "why bill me and then say that!" then they ask for a number and say they will call back and it never happems. then is get some pass the buck colector calls after that almost right away within the week. i tell them that they are messed up and you should return that back to them. and tell them the story. but if anyone has a way to get them to stop billing me and stop them from doing this please let me know. i read my email once in a while but will respond within a week. my email is(((Redacted))) and please no spam. thanks terry B CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

thanks for the advice but it is ttooo late. i got riped off and still being riped off i have tried to call them all involved. after i wrote above. they are still passing the buck saying that i got to call legacy merchants from the ppc terminal people and both will not stop and will not do anything, all i get is some creditor of theirs calling and asking for payment even after i have all lease ended now. i have talked to the bank and it will cost me a bit to use the stop payments of these, but it may help. it seems every time i stop payment they call the next month and do the pass the buck thing and somehow figure out how to get it started again. someone told me i should close the account and get new cards. and not give anyone that calls the info. and let them battle it out. kegacy merchants will not fix the problem for they say now i am no longer in their computers!! that is realy strange for i call all the people that are charging me and they say i got to call legacy. so i get billed for nothing. and riped off. i am still geting charges from them this month. if this is not fraud and on going i do not know what you can call this. neither one says they can do anything and pass the buck onto another company. if there is anyone chat is out there to figure that one tell me? thanks.

I would like to educate and help small business owner that been lied or Ripped off by other merchant services company with there lease, rate etc.. I see that's a lots of bad Merchant providers' are hurting the small businesses by RIPPING THEM OFF by signed them on a long term lease or charge them too much from there hard earning money for something you can buy for few hundred. And also they not helping the needs of the merchant Some info 1- Don't not sign a terminal lease if it's more than $30 a month. 2-read the contract very close and keep a copy of it and tell the agent to wait for 2days or comeback within 2day so you have time to read the contract and look up their company @ www.ripoffreport.com 3-when you decided to sign with them make sure you get your contract copy right a way . (means) go to the copy machine and make your copy of the contract 4- If you have a lease and it's the end of the lease make sure you call the lease company to cancel your lease, because they will continue charging you "Low Rates" Let's face it, many Merchant Service Providers advertise their "low rates." However, when applying you find out that you may fall into a higher risk category or simply do not "meet their required transaction volume" to qualify for their advertised "low rates." Watch out from low rate 1.03%, 1.39%, 1.59% for V/MC. whatever below the bypass (interchange) rate it's a lie they will charge you more.. If you have any Question please feel free to email me.
