LegaLegacy Visa not creditng my acoount in a timely fashion Sioux Falls South Dakota
This company is very slick. I mail my payment 10 days in advance of due date and it always gets credited 4-5 days after due date. I believe they do this to charge you a late fee. Their customer service dept is bad and will not focus on anything else except to charge you extra money. I started sending my payment certified mail so i can see when it's received miraculously they receive my payment 3-4 days after I send it off. Simce I've done this my account gets credited in a more timely fashion and I've received a refund of a disputed late fee. Don't get this card as it is a rip-off. I have canceled this card and I have one payment left
