Yes Legion, it was BAD GAS. Yes we did take them to a local shop at our expense for over $100 to get them both running and they still had problems. Why do you have to take a brand new ATV to the shop to make it run? Yes it does take knowledge to put the ATVs together and my husband and our MECHANIC friend found the carbs to have bad fuel in them. Are you telling me the factory does not start or test these units before they are shipped? Are you telling me that the carbs were not bad when the new carbs you shipped fixed the problem? Are you telling me that it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that you are selling crap to uneducated consumers. Those ATVs are in garage right now basically taking up space. We purchase brand new ATVs so we would not have to be weekend mechanics for our kids to go enjoy them. You are selling headaches Legion ADMITT IT Or replace what we have and stand behind your product.

Legion Global does NOT ship units with gasoline in the motors. THAT IS ILLEGAL. The units have electric chokes on them and need to be idled correctly when initially purchased. Therefore the lack of knowledge of the customer not being able to get them started. The unit could have been brought to a local ATV shop and I am sure that the business could have helped them and got them running. Why wasn't that done? Xmas would not be ruined if the parents have taken the units to get started. Obviously if the other unit ran fine, how is that a Rip- Off ? IT IS NOT! Thanks, Legion Global 866-710-6096
