Quick Cash from Google took $39.95 from my acct. without my authorization before the disc came and before the 14-day trial period. This site is a scam if I ever saw one, I received a phone call from a Mike Delcore associated with a company called Rush Business Group to so-call help in coaching me in my home based site. But all he trying to do was get me to invest money and ask me about my credit cards.

Once he realized I wasn't interested in any investment of my own money, he quickly became irritated and hung up in my face. This call came at approx. 7pm, so I started to call the number they give you to cancel but I was left on hold for almost an hour until an operator came on. Once the automated voice came through it said they're updating the system and to call back in 2 to 3 hours.

My acct. was low at the time they charged my acct. so I was charged an overdraft fee from my bank. I'm really upset that Google allows companys like this to operate fraudualantly using their name. That was the only reason why I decided to try it out because Google's name is so well known.

So I am imploring any advocate group, lawyer, anyone to help me and others to hold these people liable for what they're doing, also to make Google to be more responsible for the people who are associated to their name!!!!!!!!!!

This is not Googles fault, someone advertised on Google and you clicked, then didn't research before handing your money over. Google Quick Cash and even CNN comes up. Right on the Rush Business Group main page it says "No cancellation is allowed after the three-day period has run. Upon the 3rd business day, enrollment into the program is final. Please read our terms and conditions for more information." Read the Terms, unfortunatly you also agreed to part H 1 where it says "1. Client rescinds their right to dispute the charge with their credit card company, under the terms of this agreement, and is bound by this agreement to void any dispute immediately, and to not initiate any dispute, thereafter or in any event. Client agrees that and dispute made by client or card company will immediately be dissolved and voided by client." I don't know how legal that is but it would cost more that the $39.95 in legal fees to test it.
