LensCrafters Ripoff Won't Honnor Price Guarnatee Winchester Virginia
Purchased Flexon model 196 and feathgerwate lens for $274. Price guarantee states that they will make up the difference if I find a lower price within 30 days of purchase at a competitor for the exact frames and lenses, in stock.
I found the EXACT same frames and lenses on the internet @ GO-OPTIC.com (IN STOCK)and they were $58 cheaper and that INCLUDES shipping.
Store Manager AND Regional Manager refused to honnor the guarnatee saying that because the Internet Co. can't do my glasses in an hour they don't consider them compitition.
I pointed out that the guarnatee does not mention anthing about who is the competition and nothing about it being done in an hour. I was told I could bring the glasses back for a full refund.
So... I will bring BOTH glasses back (totaling $364) and purchase then on the internet. They lost two sales and a customer over $58!!!
