Feb 2008. I placed an order for 4 phones thru Letstalk.com. Day one I recieve an email confirming order. Morning of day two, email stating customer contact required. They say I can't keep old numbers because the area code doesn't match my billing address. Later same day, email states order processing should ship shortly. Web page says customer contact requried.

I call on day three, 2 of my phones are on backorder. Web site shows them in stock. request to speak with supervisor. none available. Request to have one call me. no return call. Day Four web site shows one of four phones on back order. I call back ask for supervisor. none available. Web site shows phones in stock. Sales rep says one of my phones is on backorder and she can not give me an estimated date of arrival.

Day Five, three days from the advertised two day offer. Wife calls to speak to supervisor as website shows phones 100.00 cheaper. No supervisor available, no offer to make up. Tells my wife they can't help her. I check web site from work, order cancelled.

I call, ask why order is cancelled, told "pre-delivery check-out" if I want I can start all over. ask for sup again, "I will xfer you now" three times I got the same thing xfer to another sales or CS rep, finally a supposed supervisor (at least she said that when she answered the phone). Tells me she will re-activate my order but that now my phones are on backorder again yet web site shows in stock. I ask for an estimated date and she says maybe tues, maybe thurs but no guarntee. I ask for a supervisor that can tell me for sure when I will get my phones, none availiable. I canceled order.
