I Bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 F-Sport from Sewell Lexus in Dallas in December 2013. I Brought it in for Key Programing for a total of 2 Keys to be programed. Service advisor Jason King told me it would be about 15-20 Minutes. He told me it would be a $50 Programing fee. I receive a Bill from the cashier for almost $300. They Claim they spent an hour labor which they NEVER did. They did not even spend 15 Minutes. When this issue was brought to Eddy Cooke the service Manager attention he told me that since this is a Sewell Lexus Vehicle his labor rates are different and that i would have to pay that amount to get my vehicle back. When i went to discuss this with the General Manager and Sales Manager they became VERBALLY Abusive and told me never to come back to their property again and to have any future Servicings in Dallas. I have done 25+ Vehicle Transactions from Lexus of Austin and they Treated me like garbage. Go somewhere else to buy your Lexus.

Lexus is a division of Toyota, correct? Feel free to 'Google' this- TOYOTA TO RECALL 6.4 MILLION VEHICLES, and read the related articles that recently became available on the web. Then type in 281113 at this site and read Ripoff Report #281113. (That Ripoff Report was posted on October 26, 2007.)
