LIBERTYUNSECURED LOANS FIRST SOULTIONS want justice,Scam loan company, Liars, Thiefs CORAL SPRINGS Florida
I was told by this company that I can get a lower intrest rate from the loan I got which was 14%. After going through their lies and scams they told me that I had a great credit and there would be no problem getting a loan for me at 7%. I had explained to Tony Roberts who initially helped that I can not prove my Income cause I am self employeed and that I got a part time job and money gets deposited into my bank.
He stated that he would talk to his boss and let me know if they can go ahead and get me the loan, he calls me back and states that yes a bank statement would be fine and he would be sending me apllications to fill out, for me jsut to sign and send back. And he stated that he needed 499.54 so I told him I would give you a credit card, he said no just checks. And then he went out to say that I got approved for the loan, I just needed to pay him the 499.54 and i would immediately get the loan. So I went ahead gave them a ck over the phone, which they immediatelty cashed.
So after signing all paperwork and they got their money, I would not hear from him, he transfered me to a guy name roland, who said by next tuesday I would get the loan. Here comes tuesday they did not contact me I contacted them, so he transfered me to a lady forgot her name who stated they got me a loan from a company name lending Group for $16,000 something for 7.9%, so I told her I wanted $20,000.00 so she said thats all they can do. Such a scam this was not a loan they went to lending group sight and applied for me, anyone can do that apply.
So when I contacted the lending group they told me this was just an application, and I was not approved, this loan still needs to go through under writting and they will let me know. In otherwords I could have applied for this loan myself on line. So I kept calling so they gave me this guy name David Stern who suppose to be a manager, he kept going around things telling me scams and lies, and after he hung up on me, and never heard from them again. I kept calling they will not answer me or my calls. They are scams theifs thats it. Hope to god they will not due this to others this company must be reported and shut down immediately.
