LifeKey Enzyte ripoff keep shipping product Cincinnati OH
I have seen that this company is already on your list. To make it short I order in August of this year Enzyte and I told them specifically that I am just trying it and don't want more shipments unless I order.
Yesterday I received 2 bottles (after 4 months) with a letter from their Director of Established Accounts(!!) John Cooke saying that they are sorry for late shipment but they are overwhelmed with orders - supposedly a "slick" way to cover up what they are really doing - ripping you off!!
They charged my credit card - I called them up - the first representative told me that I had something in my package in August saying that they will do that and when I told them that they are thieves she hanged up on me because I am not "PROFESSIONAL"!! Imagine that, now client is a profession!
The second one told me that she will refund half of the money but she didn't give me her name or her ID. I asked to receive a letter saying that I am not longer an "established account" but I doubt that I will ever receive one. I will also file a report with Ohio attorney general.
