LifestyleHolidays Vacation Club Julia Lympany Judy Coleman my sister and myself were on vacation in the dominican republic Puerta Plata , where we were approached by one of the companies sales associates who encouraged us to go on a tour of the properties. 57000 Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic Dominican Republic
The properties were very luxurious and we were impressed. My sister exchanged her time share that she already had for a new opportunity to purchase this timeshare. there company notified her timeshare company and we were told that the timeshare she owned agreed with the transaction and that we now owned a gold membership with lifestyle vacation club. they used a pressure technique to sale this to us, once we returned to the states we were notified that they couldn't accept her timeshare for various reasons but would not offer us our money back, then once I tried to book vacations there was always a problem there exchange company would charge me more money than if I booked the reservation myself then there were forms for me to fill out with the wrong membership number that's when I became very suspicious, I had been suspicious in the past but now I am very suspicious, that is when I went on line and found that this had happened to others, I put down $22,000.00 and have also been paying 100.00 a month. what can I do to get my money back? I have already notfied my bank. The company kept me hanging on for a year and now when I try to call them no one will answer my calls. I don't want tolet them get away with this. what can I do at this stage?
Last year my sister and I visited puerto,Plata in the Dominican Republic where we stayed at Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club. while there we were approached by one of the companies sales representatives who took us on a tour of the vacation club it was beautiful. we were shown Presidential suites, the Crown Villas, The 2 bedroom suites etc. which were beautiful then he the took us to the private beaches for gold members only , and we were told we could start a business and up tp 6 people could travel to different places at one time and that we could use the vaction club as often as we wanted.
After showing interest he took us back to there offices where e sat down with approximately 3 different people , Naomi Boyle, Stephanie Carajal, Sandra Berges and Julia Lympany, and there were 2 other men. They used high pressure techniques to get my sister to sell them her timeshare because she could not afford to pay for 2 timeshares. They notified her timeshare company and told us that they were going to take over her timeshare if we would buy theres , It appeared that they were being honest. so we signed .
Once we returned home to the states She was notified that they could not accept her timeshare but would not offer us our money back, they did offer us to keep this vacation club membership for life but then I could never book a vacation and when I tried I found that there exchange company that they were using was charging me more money than if i were booking the reservations myself. Then they called oneday to say that I owed more money for the monthly payments when we sat down together they told us that I would put down $15,000.00 and my sister would put down the same amount but they put 22,000.00 on my credit card they overcharged me 7,000.00. they did not charge my sister anymore because they did not accept her timeshare, now when zi try to speak with zjulia Lympany she won't answer they let the phone ring, ring, ring,. I don't want them to get away with this what can we do?
