They were hard to understand on the telephone, because it was hard to hear what they said, and they don't know more then take it out of the box and plug it in. Some questions they sent me to someone else that complained about where did I get the phone number, my reply was, I was sent there. Several people asked me the same question, and I never received a solution to my problem. They told me its Cox Cables fault or take it back to the store or they will RMA it. They kept me thinking they could solve the problem and time ranout for taking it back, and when I replied about that problem they said they would help get a refund. They ignore my emails now.
