Really a toilet/couch u are the most disgusting person I will never get to meet fortunately. There is no such thing as a miracle product and from the way you described your situation, I'm more than confident you will die in the mess you wallow around in everyday. Get up off that couch, get some exercise and do something with yourself besides eating yourself to death. Take that money and invest in a gym membership.

Understand that all infomercials are marketing efforts to promote a product. If you see it on television, trust that a store has it such as Walgreens, Bed Bath & Beyond, Big Box retailers (i.e. Wal-Mart, Target) etc. And if you purchase the product from the store, it will be significantly less because the manufacturer is trying to reach a wider audience and thus must contract with the retailer to accomplish that goal - hence, for a lower price. The consumer pays a lower price.
In conclusion, if the infomertial captures your attention, as it did, then be a smart consumer and go to your local store to make the purchase. If you don't see the product immediately then wait a while...it will be in stores soon. If you don't want the product when it finally hits store shelves, then it never was a true desire and youve saved yourself $$. Instant gratification will get you into trouble ALWAYS. I purchased Lipozene from the store after doing research and had success as I was already eating appropiately but just needed to reduce the amount I consumed and Lipozene (fiber) did just that. It isn't a miracle pill...it's fiber and a large dose of it. If you don't change your eating habits and exercise regimine (or start one) then there won't be any pill that will give you the results you want. Again, instant gratification never wins.
Do your homework....be a common sense consumer.

I was reading these comments and was hoping that somebody could help me. I want to order this product as it seems to work wonders. I know that a lot of people would say that "If it is too good to be true, it probably is", but I am willing to take a chance and spend a few hundred bucks. Maybe it will work for me. I am tired of sitting on my fat butt and watching tv all the time and eating, and drinking soda. Unfortunately my caregiver is away on vacation right now, so I have had to have a fridge and stove installed right beside the sofa, within reach, so I can get soda and food without moving. The problem is that I can't get my fat butt off the couch to get to Walmart to buy this miracle product. If somebody could either come over and bring the phone to me, which is only 10 feet away, or pickup the cash from me and buy and deliver the product that would be great. I haven't paid any bills, especially the phone bill and hopefully the phone company will come over and they can do this for me, or at least install the phone right next to the sofa, or maybe offer me a cordless phone, that would be great. Family and friends have always said I should eat right and exercise, but why should I when a miracle product like this exists. Thank goodness for Lipozene. Now if only this company could offer a toilet solution, maybe something installed into the sofa itself, then my current bathroom dilema would be solved. So get on it Lipozene and make a toilet/sofa combo! Also I need someone to buy that for me and deliver it, so please get in touch! Thanks.

By the marketing setup, i.e., TV ads, Website setup, Telephone menu setup, etc. I had a gut feeling this product was a scam (same as all pills for weight loss) so I began try to obtain a copy of the Double-blind Study that their TV ad states that they have supporting their Lipozene claims. I don't believe that it exists! Why? Because I'm only able to speak to a sales person. Can't email request because I'm not a customer. When I hung my phone up because I didn't make an order, they called me back. I requested a copy from her. She referred me to their customer service on the website. When I asked for a phone number she gave me one which I called. It's all automated recordings, except one selection which gave me a person to take me order. When I again made the request for a copy of the study she aske me for my zip code, which I furnished. She then stated that she couldn't find any way to ask that a copy be sent to me. So, all in all, this entire operation is, in my opinion, a complete scam!

I did a little research online about Lipozene shortly after viewing one of their commercials and I'm glad I did. I tend to be suspicious about things that are advertised that sound too good to be true. There seems to be thousands of complaints about Lipozene.
I'm guessing that for the past 60 years or more, mankind has been trying to find that miracle pill that will get rid of fat without having to exercise and eat right. Lipozene is just one of hundreds of scams on the market. I can't help but wonder why our federal and state governments allow this crap to go on & on & on. (???) But what's worse is that people buy into this crap without finding out whether these products are FDA approved or not. And now with soooo much information available on the internet, you can "smart" shop.
Some of the reports I read claim that people don't want to get off their lazy "FAT BUTTS" and do what really works to lose weight: Exercise and eating right. That might be true for some, but their are those who's conditions are medical. The point is: If It Sounds Too Good To Be True, It Probably Is.
DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST before you reach for that credit card !!! I believe that at least 90% of all advertising is not what it proclaims.

I worked for a major credit card company as a customer service rep. Every day at least 70% of my calls were about companies like this who are ripping people off with bad products and over charges.
That does not make the people who order them bad. I feel you need to check your self. You seem very bitter.
DONT blame the victims and call them sensless names. Be helpful and share information. I feel battered after reading your post and never even ordered the product "sitting on my fat butt".

Crazy people, why do you always believe a product's ads that state only available on tv??? It's ALWAYS available in stores!!! Wal-Mart has it. Don't complain about them ripping you off with your credit card when you could have got off your (fat) butt and went to the store and paid cash.... for a product that DOES NOT work!!!!!!! I have tried all the fad diets... they DON'T work! Eating properly (low fat, low cholesterol, low calorie, proper portions, etc) and EXERCISE is the only thing that truly works in the long run. I am losing now that way, slowly - but hey, it's better than paying people for not at all!!!

Here is some inside information for you: The makers of the so called "scam" can be reached at 1-888-220-8907 The dubious makers of Lipozene is a company by the name of Obesity Research Institute LLC. They also make Fiberthin and Propolene. All of their products are the same with different names. They have been named in many court actions for making misleading weight-loss claims. And hundreds of consumer complains file with the Nevada Better Business Bureau. Other information useful: http://www.lipozene.com is owned by West Corporation CEO Thomas B. Barker at 402-963-1200 to complain. And call often to ensure the message is received. I have seen this up close and this is a scam. West represents other reputable companies like Time Life and Guthy Renker. I bet they would run for the hills if they became associated with this scam. Also http://www.walmart.com carries the so called "scam that I have seen" they need to also be contacted because I am sure http://www.walmart.com does not want to be associated with this kind of ruthless scam.
