Lipozene Walmart card still being offered is a ripoff Nationwide
I live in Florida. I was watching TV and saw the advertisment for Lipozene. Bought the 2 bottles for $19.95 & also received 1 bottle of Metabo Up Plus for free. In this TV advertisement they said you would also receive a gift card from Walmart for $25.00. It was shipped on 10-30-15. However no Walmart GIft card was enclosed. I also doubled my order and was told I would get a second free bottle of the MetaboUP Plus free but I was charged for it. WHen I compained they said no only one free offer per household. Not whatI was told when ordering.
I called the number on the enclosed Welcome guide since the Walmart offer was inside this guide but the website it said to go to to get it doesn't exist. THe rep ransferred me to the phone# for the Walmart Gift Card Reward. Which proptly hung up on me with the sessage not available in my area. I called back and I told the customer servicer rep. that my brochure called " Lipozene , The Welcome Guide" that came in the box has an advertisment page showing a "$25.00 Special Offer". It reads as follows: This order qualifies for a $25.00 Walmart Gift Card Offer. Go to www.Offers.MajorSavings.com. * One gift card per household and have a valid e-mail address. ** Not available in IA, VT, WI, MN, ME and US territories or outside the US. The customer rep. told me that there wasn't anything they could do they only had the number they had transferred me to in the first call. That was not what was advertised on TV nor written or told to me upon purchasing my order of Lipozene/MetaboUp Plus. Lipozene in their advertisement is misleading the consumer in regards to how you receive your " Walmart Gift Card". Will I never receive my $25.00 gift card from Walmart now.
