Complaint Review: Listen Clear - Nationwide

ListenClear has tried through Rip -off to resolve this issue directly with this customer. We have reviewed all of our records and have never sold any product to to anyone from Souderton, Pennsylvania. We have posted many requests for this individual to contact us directly to resolve this issue. He has not resoponded to any of our requests

We believe he is a audiologist (ear doctor) from the region who wants to discredit our product for his gain. Therefore, his post is fraudulent and actually discredits his position as a certified physician.

Media Powers is ListenClear’s advertising agency and one of our many roles is to assist in tracking sales for ListenClear.  gdpenn’s malicious claims are fabricated and unsubstantiated, as there are no sales, or recorded calls (all calls are recorded for quality control) in ListenClear’s system that derive from the town gdpenn states they reside within. 

ListenClear is focused on customer support and in those few instances where there are problems or concerns ListenClear will do everything in their power to make sure the customer is satisfied with the product or they get their money back.  If gdpenn believes the accusations he/she is making then we request you call us, identify yourself so we can contact you, or email us so we can resolve any issue.  Unfortunately, we believe this won’t happen as we have no proof this person is a customer and have no record of these complaints in any of ListenClear’s systems.

The review about ListenClear is not a true statement. In all of ListenClear's history, we have never had a customer in Souderton nor have we ever delivered to this location.

This report is false and we believe it to be a hoax. We demand that you provide us with proof of the following:

An order number, receipt, transaction confirmation, or RMA receipt (return label)

OR

A form of proof that a call was ever made to place the sale. Our calls are recorded for security purposes such as this exact issue and through our investigation, we have discovered no order during this time nor from this location.

I work with ListenClear as the internet marketing andsocial media consultant.

They have been falsely accused by GEODOW from Souderton, Pennsylvania stating "I ordered from Listen Clear because of all their advertising in my local paper and on the radio. I originally thought they were a local company, that was the first red flag, because they purposely were not clear on where they were located."

He stated "Listen Clear "hearing aid" review - misleading advertising, takes advantage of elderly, not medically licensed, unscrupulous, scam, bait and switch "

I am working to clear this issue and have found that no product was ever sold in or around Souderton, Pennsylvania. He is not a customer.

Its most likely a competitor in the Phildepia area that does want this product advertised. Its unfortunate that he/she would use thsi forum for faudulant claims. They have hundreds of satisfied customers in testimonial on their web site
