By far the worst experience in buying a car I've ever had.  The company is very manipulative, wants every penny they can squeeze from you, and after completing a sale could care less about any customer satisfaction involved.

First, our salesman messed up our vehicle trade in payoff.  After spending well over 30,000 dollars for a new vehicle, the company could not perform the good-customer-service action and eat the 52 dollar mistake.  I contacted a finance managed and asked that the charge be waived, and after a relatively unpleasant and unprofessional coversation he informed me that he would discuss the situation with the manager and get back to me with his response.  I was never contacted again, so my husband payed the mistake.

Second, our gap insurance refund from the trade in was basically stolen from us and used as part of the new vehicle down payment when it was never verbally agreed upon.  Both my husband and I were under the impression that we would be receiving a check for the gap cancellation.  After a few months passed, my husband contacted the dealer with our inquiry on the check.  He was directed to the last page from the book of paperwork we signed that listed the downpayment mysteriously showing a number higher in exactly the amount of the check we were expecting.  This was never verbally agreed upon, we would not have put that much money down if it were discussed.

I am very unhappy with the customer service we received from this auto dealer and feel that their only interest is in completing a sale and making money.  I stongly recommend that any future customer be far more cautious than we were.  Take the time to read over every last page before you sign, and take the time to discuss what would happen in situations like the 52 dollar mistake in our vehicle trade in.

Since you and your husband (both grown adults) DID NOT read the paperwork you signed, I can only imagine how else they screwed you!
