Hi Jan from S. Carolina sorry to hear that there is another family going through the same frauds, over charges, unending harassment even on God's day, and then Litton's lack of common decency and good business sense, let alone fair play. You are not alone, please read all these posts at RipOff Reports, you will note that there are 2 class-action complaints already filed, TN and CT, with information how to get involved. I personally enjoyed the comment about paying for a direct deposit, I was once told that their bank forces them to receive deposits. Never heard of that. Why would any bank want to charge it's customers for putting money into an account. Can see paying a service fee/charge for withdrawing, but not putting in. Maybe it is something about Texas and all those boots they wear. Too much of a lady to say why! Next, you commented that it was a search that brought you here, do another one and you will find many support groups that you can join. Hate to say it but misery does love company, but I do know that together with loud voices and proof we can win this war. Also there are many little battles taking place and both of the filed complaints are available for view at the group sites. So join in and with God's strength and blessings we will win one day.
