Litton Loan Company is a fraud - I did a modification - paid way to much, they are trying to forclose on my home saying I didn't make payments when I did -they took my morgtage payments and said they added it to additonal fees, lied about paid 1500 up front they never lowered my amount -added a hell of a lot of different fees and worded it say I have no way of knowing what it means Houston Texas
I am sick and tired of being ripped off by this company, I did a modificatin back in Oct. 2008, I paid over 1500 - they never lowered my mortgage payment like they said - finally they lowered my interest rate but still kept the loan amount the same and when I sent in the agreed upon loan amount they said there were additional fees (Idon't understand all the terms and when I asked about it they kept telling me different things) well as it turned out they took my money for the mortgage payments and never put it towards the morgtgae -claimed there were addidtional fees and charges -now stating I am behind 4 months and they are trying to foreclose on my house - I have had problems with them for ever and because my credit is bad, I feel they new I could not get a loan from anyone and just abused my situation - they also claimed some of my loan money went to them going out to check my house and they could go as many times as they wanted and charged me - would not tell me how much or how many times just said too bad - I am on disability for a bad back and for my nerves - I have been sick over this and my health has gotten alot worse - I am going to try and contact a lawyer on this matter but once again - I have no money if there is a class act law suit against them I would like to know how I can be apart of this - this has got to stop this company is nothing more than a fraud - rip off artist and taken advantage of many poor people and people that had bad luckl with there credit in these times - please help me
