Everyone in the medical, first responder and public safety industry should be made aware of the dishonest practices used by this company, Live Action Safety. They have developed a reputation for overcharging on shipping, failure to send product and poor/rude customer service. We as a Veteran and Retired First Responder-owned company were disgusted in dealing with them. Horrible and rude customer service, and quickly played the "offended" card just because their customer is impatient because of THEIR lack of quality controls. They scrambled to return my Paypal payment (what company ONLY has Paypal options?) so I wouldn't file a fraud report. When asking for someone in charge, supervisor, etc. I was played with in what obviously proved they are nothing but a garage-based drop-ship company. Joke! Stay away, do a little research, and you'll find many other great options out there for your first repsonder and medical needs!

This our first view of this report and its very surprising. First of all many things being said in this review are blatantly false and misleading. We do tens of thousands of transactions and have very few negative reviews if any at all. We work hard to fix any issues that arise and this is why you we have a hard time finding negative reviews on the company.
