Loan Masters N Credit ripoff, doesnt help your credit, fraud, calls you all the time when she first gets your money, then changes numbers without warning. Chelsea Jones is a fraud! Jacksonville Florida
I was told by a mortgage company to use Loan masters N credit to help with fast credit repair. I spoke with Chelsea Jones and she told me all the things I wanted to hear. I sent her the fees for me and my husband and then she claimed she could have me cleared in about 2 months. When I myself initially thought it would take longer.
She called at the time and all was well. Then came the calls not being returned when she knew the whole time my lease would be up soon and I needed to make a move within the next few months. She then changed her cell phone and so called moved offices.
After no updates or contact from her I researched other options for mortgages. She then finally emailed me back and said she was in an accident (meanwhile even her so called secretary would answer the phone) and it was best to communicate by email.
At that point I was like I want my money returned. She then tells me that her secretary had just started on my file so the money could not be returned this was 2 month later. When she so called had already started. Then she finally again pulled my credit and sent me a false report saying she satisfied some things on my report. I checked my self and nothing was done.
She then emailed me and said since I had someone else pull my credit that I have violated my contract. I never signed anything that said my credit could not be pulled by someone else. She also ripped my neighbor off across the street the same way.
I then contacted the lender that recommended her and they were like they didnt know it was a word of mouth refernce and they had never personally used her. So I again will not use that lender. She did tell me a lot of information to clear my credit my self, but it was not $260 worth. I am now clearing it myself. But Chelesa Jones ripped me off.
