Gina: You were astute enough to see problems with this thing BEFORE you bought it. Then what did you do? YOU took delivery BEFORE anything was fixed? They got their money and now you wonder why they won't fix it? Next time when you find problems, don't ever sign anything or give ANY money until and unless they fix the problems. When you take delivery before repairs, you give up your power in the deal. They have your money. If they want you as a customer, they will fix the car to get your business. Most dealers assume the customer doesn't have the business sense to do this. Next time, prove them wrong. Finally, I'm concerned about your health. Did you have a nervous breakdown over this? Or were you making reference to using the BRAKE?
