BEWARE!! I bought a shed from LONE STAR SHEDS aka lowpricesheds.com in Houston, and they screwed me over! They left trash all over my front and back yard even though I have a large trash can near the construction site. The boss "Don" was not on the job site nor checked their work upon completion. They even left strips of nails for their guns that I had to take out of my dogs mouths! Other trash left was water bottles, food, left over wood, flashing, material packaging and boxes, etc etc.
The workers "toenailed" most of their work, which they missed in many cases creating either splits in the wood, or just missed all together leaving 2x4s which are not secured at all and I can move by hand. The opening for the vent in the front was not cut properly and has an obvious hole which leaks, there are many moisture entry points, split boards, and even nails which are in places for no reason and go nowhere.
I am by trade a home remodeler who buys unwanted or trashed out homes and fixes them up for resale. I have many years of experience in home construction, remodeling, home inspections, and roofing. I understand construction and the quality of work provided. The work I received was very poor at best. A strong wind of a thunderstorm will severely damage this shed as it is not secured by enough nails since they missed so many of them. Plus with the roof being in the shape it is, will catch a wind and pull off the roof. Being that my crew is busy, I wanted to hire another crew specifically for garages and storage buildings to utilize my workers better. I was using this shed as a tester. I even told Don this and he still treated me unprofessionally! He could have gotten much work from me but chose to screw me over instead!
I called "Don" to let him know that I was unhappy with the quality of work I received. He said he would be out the next day and assured me that he would satisfy me. I waited all day, missing work, just to get stood up. He never called nor showed.They (Don nor owner Jorge)will not return MULTIPLE phone calls nor emails. Their 6 year warranty is FRAUD!I do not want anyone else to get screwed by these guys!!!!

I cant tell if your statement was helpful or not, and besides this company operates out of houston, not san antonio where your from! I was also taken by this Dante Villarreal or George and also completely explain that I am a professional in the construction business and had this guy build me one due to my schedule and for tax, invoice purposes oh yeah what a mistake, Read my report!

That a person who is "by trade a home remodeler" would build his own shed. But that doesn't excuse this company from slapping a POS togeather. I had a mastercarpenter build me a couple of sheds that are built like Ft. Knox and are probably built better then my house. He built them on his "off time" between regular jobs and they took him no more then a day each. They'd probably stand up to hurricanes.
