It's one week later and I am making this update to my report. I have received no follow up call from the director at Longwood Industries. Their behavior speaks for itself. I find it interesting that my experiences are similar to those of others with regard to the annoying automated hang up calls, the messages from "Alan," shoddy customer service in the call center, and the obviously unprofessional management. You are welcome to draw your own conclusions as to what kind of business they are based on that information.
