Every one of our reps explains the photo policy up front, before we ever accept payment. We require that a photo be submitted within the first 14 days. The customer here agreed to that requirement before we charged his credit card. This policy is fully disclosed not only verbally by our phone reps, but by mail, on the receipt we mail out to each customer, and both on the website and by e-mail (if the customer has internet access) To claim we're ripping the customer off because they're refusing to comply with the agreement they accepted when they placed their ad is disingenuous, to say the least.
