I ordered a DVD "For What Prize Glory 1926" from this merchant. I finally received it after THREE weeks. I tried to view this movie and it does not work! I tried it with 3  different DVD players and a laptop.

I immediately contacted the merchant, and they have not responded at all. It's like talking to a wall. The item did not come with an official receipt, it did not come with return or exchange information.I want my money back and I do not want to keep this item.

I have seen several blogs regarding this merchant regarding buyers receiving poor quality items, non functional items, unable to reach seller etc. This merchant's integrity is questionable and suspicious.

Our LTC Guarantee is included with every order and our guarantee is listed below. According to our records we have responded to your inquiry and have already shipped a replacement disc to you, as per your request.

If you unhappy with the quality of your movie for any reason you can choose from one of the following options:

A. If the quality is unacceptable to you we can try to get a better copy of the film you ordered.

B. If we are unable to get a better copy you choose another title of equal of lessor value to replace your original order.

C. We can issue store credit for a future order

D. We issue a purchase price refund to your credit card.
