under GA law as a spouse you are responsible for the account as she is even though you did not sign the application. this is in marrage law, visit the library. however the only way you can fix this is to have your wife file a adminment to the bankruptcy, listing you as a creditor this will release you from lowe's seeking payment for her account. She only has two years to file this. This is the only way you can fix this. So hurry up and contact her atty. that filed this for her and get it started. She will have to go back to fed. court just like the first time and in front of a judge this time. Then and only then can it be removed. Lowe's has nothing to do with credit cards.. G E money bank is the lender on for Lowe's credit cards. Try contacting them if you like. Hope this Helps you.

Brian, Here's a twist, since they claim you are responsible for your wifes account due to her bankruptcy, send them a letter on your account that it is covered under your wifes bankruptcy and you are now done paying.

Contact your local police department, file a fraud report, THEN contact Lowe's, tell them if they still refuse to provide you with an application with YOUR signature on it, you will go straight to the District Attorney's office. You might also file a report with the FTC. Don't call Lowe's, send a copy of the fraud report, along with a letter demanding a copy of the application via certified mail. Good luck.
