I noticed two charges on my bank statement from the same company. Initially I thought my husband purchased a computer game, or Christmas present online so I did not want to jump to conclusions. After I spoke to him and determined these were charges we did not authorize, I found the Rip Off Report about this company. Like the other people on this website, I too tried to purchase a prescription online, and was also told that they would have to contact my doctor to authorize the medication. I never heard anything from the pharmacutical company. I called the bank and closed all of my accounts to protect my accounts from further transactions, but I now have to file formal disputes. It could take up to 90 days. I called the company but they were unable to find my husband and I in the computer system. I then asked for something in writing. The representative said "No mamm, you'll have to contact your bank". When I asked to speak with a supervisor, the representative hung up on me. I called back to try to speak to another person and was disconnected.
