LST Company - All Star Storage ripoff Canton Ohio
I had 2 storage units. Unit # 241 was closed out by myself. I had Unit #242 still. Unit #242 wasn't due till 7-24-05. I called and said I had a uhaul and would be out saturday the 30th. Employee said no problem. I called and told them the uhaul was available sunday and I did pay and reserve it. I left the voicemail with name, number, and unit number and asked for a return call. This never happened. Me assuming all's ok go there sunday morning and low and behold the "BIG RED LOCK" was on my unit. I was yold they'd take it off. Now I have to pay $79 monthly fee and $10 late fee to get the lock off. I'm on disability and can't pay the storage they made a mistake on and get another uhaul to remove my belongings. They keep bringing up the due date of 7-16-05 on the first unit I don't even have anymore. The due date for the one I have is the 24th of July 2005. How can I recover any of my money? Is there any hope to this problem? Please help.
